Who We Support

We provide user support for the staff members of the following groups:

• EECS Department Office
• Center for Student Affairs (Graduate and Undergraduate Offices)
• Industrial and Public Relations Office
• Computer Science Division Staff
• Electrical Engineering Administrative/Secretarial Staff
• [Organizatonal Chart]

What We Do

We support computers, databases, printers, web applications, and other online services used by the departmental administration. We are responsible for:

• Departmental web pages
• Web/database applications
• Desktop computer and printer support
• User support
• System administration for buffy, the EECS/CoE administrative web application server
• Management of the Cory and Soda Hall event and news wall displays
• Maintainance of the EECS department mail lists
